Answering the demands of the growing Master Data organization within Solar, we are looking for a Master Data Senior Specialist who wants to contribute to developing and supporting the global setup and can handle centralized master data maintenance with high quality for Solar Group. You will get a unique opportunity to be a part of a Team and together with them develop a leading shared master data department within a global company.

What will you be doing you may ask?

Your primary task will be pricing master data management for Solar Group across countries, but in particular:

• Entering and maintaining master data in SAP/Fiori;
• Ensuring high quality of data and processes within agreed SLA;
• Fostering operations on global level;
• Performing data validation in order to avoid duplicates, conflicts or errors;
• Knowledge management: creation and maintenance of SOPs, process maps, training materials;
• Knowledge and information / best practice sharing;
• Identifying and solving process issues by implementing process improvements;
• Being Single Point Of Contact for internal customers;
• Preparing reports and analysis;
• Initiating and leading process of harmonization and automation projects;
• Effective communication between MD teams as well as the country businesses;
• Root cause analysis in case of errors or issues. Checking process areas where a similar issue could appear and following up on correction;
• Team work coordination in agreed areas.

What do we wish to see in you?

We are looking for a passionate, committed, proactive and open-minded person who is able to work both in teams and independently. In order to succeed in this role, we need you to have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Master Data;
• Advanced SAP knowledge;
• Fluent English;
• Very good communication skills;
• Very good stakeholder management;
• Great work organization and ability to set priorities;
• High attention to details;
• Ability to think analytically;
• Flexibility and good level of change adoption;
• Ability to work in a team as well as in an international matrix organization;
• Customer centricity;
• Ability to think “out of the box”;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel in particular;
• Ability to demonstrate implemented process improvements;
• Thorough business understanding and ability to foresee the impact of the process realization on the business;
• Skills of Project management and LEAN management- as an asset.
